Job Description:

Airtel is hiring Business Analyst/ EA

 Education : Graduation, MBA preferred

 Experience :

1. 5 to 7 years in a similar role.

2. Should have strong excel skills and good in preparing presentations.

 Age - Upto 30 years

 CTC - Upto Rs 9 LPA.

 Level - AM/ Sr. Executive

 Female candidates preferred 

 Responsibilities :

1. Design and delivery of any project / activity led from the COO’s office. 

2. Assessment of product portfolio / key market trends to identify opportunities and gaps for the business

3. Driving deliverables, project management of key priorities and tracking progress against agreed milestones.

4. Assessment of KPIs across LOBs / circles / segments / functions to determine focus areas and ensuring discussion with leadership team.

5. Preparation of presentation for reviews / employee facing communications etc 

6. Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper business management.
