Job Description:

Advenxa is hiring Senior Voice Process Executive

Location: Kochi, Infopark

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in BPO voice process (mandatory)

Salary: ₹23,000 - ₹33,000 CTC per month + Incentives upto ₹3000

Work Days: Mon - Fri (6:00 pm -  3:00 am)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide solutions & ensure customer satisfaction
• Document interactions & follow process guidelines

Skills: 

• Customer-focused
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Requirement: Willing to work night shift
