A Reputed US Based Company is hiring Support Engineer Level 1 Customer Care Executive

Job Title: Support Engineer Level 1 Customer Care Executive

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of computer and networking concepts.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to customers experiencing VoIP and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the technical team on complex issues.
  • Assist customers with VoIP system configurations and setups.

Shift: Night shift only.

Date of Joining: Immediate

Training Period: Two months of training. Then around 15-20k starting salary.

Location: Kottayam
