Job Title: Support Engineer Level 1 Customer Care Executive
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic knowledge of computer and networking concepts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to customers experiencing VoIP and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team on complex issues.
- Assist customers with VoIP system configurations and setups.
Shift: Night shift only.
Date of Joining: Immediate
Training Period: Two months of training. Then around 15-20k starting salary.
Location: Kottayam
