Job Description:

A Reputed Firm is hiring Plant Manager (Seafood)

Duites and Responsibilites :

1. Management of entire factory activities including office Administration & Accounts.

2. Arranging daily meeting with all subordinates.

3. Co-ordination of daily purchase requirements of stores and other items except raw materials.

4. Co-ordination of daily requirement of all items other than raw materials and finished products.

5. Coordinate in preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports for internal usage.

6. Assessing the financial results daily and reporting it to the management along with the suggestions for improvement.

7. Expedite the implementation of Navision software for financial accounting and inventory.

8. Maintaining schedule for all statutory compliances including registrations, license, consents from the respective bodies and schedule for compliance as per IT act, Companies act etc.

9. Ensure monthly settlement of creditors balance as per the prevailing corporate policy after obtaining conformation from them and after verification of ledger accounts.

10. Verification of monthly attendance, Payroll etc and ensuring the disbursement of salary in time.

11. Verification and authorisation of gate pass for inward and outward movements of assets and other materials.

12. Be aware of the fact that you are responsible for any incidences causing loss or damage to the property or personal due to your abstinence / fault or due to the abstinence / fault of any of the staffs or workers.

13. As a Plant Manager your working hours will be round the clock and also make available on Sundays and other holidays if required. With related to this you will not be eligible for any monetary benefits other than salary.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Any Degree/PG

10 + years in a leadership or managerial position in Seafood.

Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and Production Methods.

Language: English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Salary: As per Indutarsy standards
