A Reputed Firm is hiring Compliance & Rental Executive (Female - Malayalam Speaking)

Job Type: Off-Roll

Location: 

• Initially Based in Aluva, Kerala
• May be Relocated to Kalamassery or Cochin Based on Organizational Meeds

Gender: Female Candidates Only

CTC: ₹2.5 LPA

Key Requirements:

• Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Location Preference: Candidate must be willing to work in Aluva and relocate within nearby regions if required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ⁠Handle agreement renewals with property owners and stakeholders.
• ⁠Carry out rental negotiations during the renewal process.
• ⁠Maintain and manage all compliance-related documentation 
• ⁠Other statutory or lease-related documents
