Zyxware Technologies is hiring Recruiter.
Job Responsibilities
The Recruiter will be responsible for fulfilling vacancies that are assigned to the Recruiter by competent authority meeting the standards of fitment, cost of hire and time to hire. In addition, there could be other responsibilities that are assigned to the person from time to time by a competent authority. The major tasks and duties of the Recruiter are the following:
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; drafts job descriptions for open positions for review and approval by the competent authority.
Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
Manages correspondence and relationships with college placement officials and professional employment services.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of selection processes.
Coordinates the execution of the selection process as defined for the open position.
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Vets potential employees' credentials.
Acts as a liaison between the Hiring Managers at Zyxware and the Labour Market.
Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining visibility of self and company in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
Attends job fairs and runs job fairs.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification.
Conducts new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.

Required Knowledge and Skills
Excellent competency in job analysis, job descriptions and operations.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Sound understanding of marketing concepts like positioning, differentiation, branding and promotion.
Expertise in designing basic Management Information Systems (MIS) for recruitment
Basic understanding of finance and accounting and good quantitative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
