Wipro is hiring B.E/B.Tech/MCA - Trainee Positions 

Job Overview:

• The Trainee is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet the needs of client requirements.
• Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the Wipro System as defined by analysis.

Designation: Trainee

Location: Chennai

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA (2024/2025 Passed Out Only) Graduates
• Service Agreement: 12 Months
• Shift Timings: 5.30 pm to 3.00 am (9.5 hours shift)

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS & Mainframes principles/concepts
• Knowledge in simple & complex SQL queries (including intermediate SQL queries)
• Principles of automation testing (exposure desirable)
• Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable pieces (good analytical skills)
• Apply basic relational database concepts (e.g., table relationships, keys, SQL and DB2 queries)

Communication & Excellence:

• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening ability)
• Ability to share information and communicate concisely
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Takes ownership and responsibility for work assigned
• Highly self-motivated and a team player
