Job Description:

Webcastle Media is hiring Business Analyst

Experience required - 0- 6months

Qualification: B Tech / BCA

Location : Cochin

Responsibilities Include:

1. Business Analysis

 Capture the customers’ requirements and translate them into software requirements for the development team

 Document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements

 Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure that the scope and requirements are clear

 Create internal design documentation including context, workflow and network diagrams

2. Pre-sales support

 Actively participate in the pre-sales process

 Attend meetings with prospective clients to determine functional and business

requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to proposing a

solution

 Define the project scope for effort estimation and costing

 Ability to understand technical requirements during meetings with prospects, will be desirable

 Work closely with the customer during the delivery phase to clarify the scope, report progress

 Work closely with the development team during the delivery phase to coordinate the development progress

 Manage client relationship including expectation management

 Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping

colleagues updated on activities.
