Walkaroo International is hiring Shift In-Charge (SIC) - Production

Qualification:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering
• Must have successfully completed the degree

Experience: Freshers/Experienced 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage production activities during the assigned shift
• Monitor production targets, output, and machine performance
• Allocate and manage manpower effectively
• Ensure smooth production operations and quality standards
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with safety and production procedures
• Prepare shift-wise production reports
