Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone or email to introduce products/services.
• Follow up on leads provided by marketing or other sources.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Support sales team in closing deals or setting appointments.
