Job Description:

Xapien Innovatus is hiring Inside Sales & Lead Coordination Executive

Qualification: BBA or MBA graduates

Experience: 0-4 years

Gender: Women candidates are especially encouraged to apply

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, business development and relationship building
• Comfortable working from office in Kochi
• Knowledge or interest in AI, fashion technology and retail (advantage, not mandatory)
• No field sales or regular travelling required

Compensation:

• Freshers/Less Experienced (0-2 years): ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month plus very attractive sales incentives
• Experienced (3-4 years): Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and performance) plus attractive sales incentives
