Job Description:

VR4Bim UAE is hiring CAD Draughtsman

Location: Dubai, UAE

Department: Architecture/Interior Design

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Drafting

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop layout plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure drawings comply with Dubai local authority regulations and project standards
• Revise drawings based on design updates and site requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
• Assist in BOQ preparation and material take-offs when required

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D software is an advantage
• Good understanding of construction detailing and materials
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
