ValueMentor Infopark is hiring IT Recruiter

Role Description:

• The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring technical professionals.
• They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
• Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates
• Experience in hiring technical professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with hiring managers
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Experience with applicant tracking systems

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of IT recruitment

Location: Full-time on-site role at Koratty, Thrissur Infopark, 5 days working

Salary: 20k to 35k pm
