Job Title: Trainee Production Support Role

Location: Kochi / Thiruvananthapuram

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2022 - 2023 graduates (BE/BTech, MCA, BCA, BSc) with 60% in all academic levels (10th, 12th, Undergraduate, Postgraduate)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer incidents and service requests
• Record, acknowledge, update, and monitor customer escalations and service requests
• Proactively monitor backend jobs and application interfaces
• Triage tickets and escalate them appropriately
• Handle SLA calculations and reporting
• Collaborate with USTHP partners to resolve issues with partner products
• Ensure support tickets are current and take ownership until resolution
• Collaborate with higher support levels (L2/L3/L4) to address production issues
• Verify the completeness of customer-raised tickets and conduct basic investigations
• Facilitate incident meetings during critical issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Adapt to working in different time zones in a 24/7 support model
• Handle service requests and incidents according to established SOPs

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong team player capable of working with minimal supervision

• Flexible to work in various time zones and weekends
• Quick learner
• Effective collaboration skills
• Desirable basic technical skills such as SQL scripting and familiarity with basic Linux command
