Job Description:

ULTS Global is hiring Executive - MIS & Finance

Department: Finance

Experience: 

• 2 - 3 Years
• Experience in supporting group finance or multi-unit operations will be an added advantage

Qualification:

• Qualified CA with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience OR MBA (Finance) with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, finance operations, reporting, audit, or related functions

Skills:

• Strong understanding of MIS and financial reporting
• Knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and finance processes
• Exposure to internal audit and financial control practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
• Ability to work across multiple entities and manage priorities

Requirements: Willingness to travel periodically to parent organization and/or subsidiaries as required

Joining Preference: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain MIS reports across the group
• Coordinate with finance teams for data collection, validation, and review
• Analyze financial reports and monitor against budgets and business plans
• Assist in internal audit activities and follow up on observations
• Support regulatory and management reporting requirements
• Strengthen reporting processes, governance, and internal controls
• Generate financial insights and support decision-making
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to finance, MIS, reporting, audit, and governance
