TVS Training & Services is hiring HR Recruiter

Job description : 

• Responsible for End to End recruitment.
• Fluent in English /Malayalam Language.
• Sourcing and Screening candidates, conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client need.
• Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage.
• Negotiate with candidates in order to identify a compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties.
• Coordinating with back end team to on boarding and training of selected candidates.
• 0-2 years of Non IT recruitment/ Bulk Hiring.

Location : Kerala

Qualification : Any graduate

Languages known : English & Malayalam

Experience : Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in Recruitment.

• Included Work from Home as well as travel. (Travel purpose as mentioned below)
   
• Candidates should be willing to travel in and around the state to conduct the campus drives, to participate job fairs, Team meetings etc.
   
• Candidate should possess Good communication skills.
