Location: Infopark, Cochin CTC: Competitive

Good communication skills in English- ability to comfortably provide technical support over the phone and desktop

Should be proactive and must exhibit multitasking skills and problem solving abilities.

Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment

Experience in Linux system setup and monitoring

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud environments, local network & servers

Experience in automating tanks like backup, security audit, etc.

Experience in setting up devops environment, kubernetes and container orchestration (Desirable)

Education Graduate/Post graduate in any degree
