Job Description :

• Arrival/ Departure Meet & Greet.
• Transfer/Transit Meet And Greet.
• Effective communication with guest.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Itinerary briefing to client.
• Collect feedback from guest.
• Attention to detail : Guest complaints.
• Efficient handling : Guest complaints.
• Efficient Coordination with office.
• Should be ready for Multi-tasking job duties. 
• Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills.

Qualification & Requirement :

• Freshers from any Graduation.
• Basic Computer Proficiency.
• 2 Wheeler Driving licence.
• Communication & Listening Skills.
• Should be Confident & Self-Motivated. 
• Service oriented & a team player.
• Commitment to organization.
• Positve Attitude.
• Qucik Learing capabilities.
