Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition & recruitment processes.
• Oversee employee training & development programs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations.
• Manage HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• Proven experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Age Limit: 35

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000
