Thoughtworks is hiring HR Intern

Internship Duration: 6-Month Internship

Location: Pune

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM and a passing out in 2026 (Ready to Start Internship in June 2026)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Interest in HR strategy, program management, talent operations, and analytics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
  • Exposure to dashboards, reporting, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Prior internship/project experience in HR operations, analytics, program management, or coordination is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Program Management

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of key talent initiatives.
  • Drive coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in building structured workflows, trackers, timelines, and governance mechanisms for ongoing hiring programs.

2. Data Management & Analytics

  • Manage and analyze large volumes of recruitment and talent data with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Analytics teams to derive actionable insights and improve decision-making.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for leadership reviews.
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Support communication strategies for hiring campaigns, engagement initiatives, and program updates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive stakeholder experience through strong coordination and responsiveness.

4. Process Excellence & Operations

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and standardization of recruitment/program processes.
  • Assist in creating scalable mechanisms to support high-volume hiring initiatives.
