Teknika Solutions is hiring Jr. Customer Support Executive
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Experience: 0-1(Open to Freshers)
Job type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in support systems
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction goals
Qualification:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience in customer service (optional but a plus)
Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with phone or chat-based support
