Job Description:

Teknika Solutions is hiring Jr. Customer Support Executive

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 0-1(Open to Freshers)

Job type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in support systems
  • Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction goals

Qualification:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Experience in customer service (optional but a plus)

Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with phone or chat-based support
