Location: Trivandrum, Technopark

Job Description:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conducting phone interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the role.
• Extending job offers and negotiating salaries and benefits.
• Onboarding new hires and ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential IT requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in human resources.
