A Reputed UAE Based MNC is hiring HR Executive

Qualification: MBA

Experience: 1+ Year in HR

Gender: Male Candidates

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding & induction
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor regulations
• Coordinate confirmations, exits, and other HR operations
• Assist in training coordination and day-to-day HR activities
