Job Description:

Techvantage system is hiring HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

 

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Coordinating with vendors and employees to initiate Background verification activities

Talent Acquisition- Talent sourcing, contacting, and interview scheduling

 Employee onboarding and exit procedures

Provide HR policy guidance

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

Identify training needs for teams and individuals

Evaluate training programs

Suggest new HR strategies

Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements

Sustain Culture and communication and strengthen awareness of policies, practices, WNS values, and DNA

Employee engagement activities

 

Preferred skills

 

·        Proven work experience as an HR business partner/Fresher with good communication and can-do attitude

 

·        Excellent people management skills

 

·        Analytical and goal-oriented

 

·        Understanding of all HR functions and best practices

 

·        Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field

 

·        Strong strategic thinking and innovation capability

 

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication levels

 

·        Strong ability to form relationships across the organization, navigate through it, and influence leadership to drive agendas.

 

·        Hands-on approach to work, someone who is willing to get their hands dirty

 

·        Demonstrate ability to establish trust, fairness, and credibility with employees, managers, and other partners.

 

·        Solid team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

 

·        Exp: 0-3 years (Freshers with excellent communication and can-do attitude can apply).
