Job Description:

Technopark Trivandrum is hiring Apprentices

Open Positions:

1. Technician Apprentice - Control Room

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (pass out from 2021 onwards).
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently, and a natural interest in working with people are required for the position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate the CCTV surveillance system from the Control Room on a continuous basis.
• Perform live monitoring of all access points, perimeters, and critical areas within the Technopark campus to ensure security and safety.
• Log and report any suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or system anomalies to the concerned authority immediately.
• Register and respond to grievances and complaints received in the Control Room; coordinate follow-up actions as necessary.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of incidents, system faults, or maintenance needs in the Control Room logbook.
• Assist AMC technicians or authorized service personnel with on-ground support, system checks, or troubleshooting as required.
• Ensure proper functioning of all surveillance equipment and report any technical issues or malfunctions without delay.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and always maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the Control Room environment.

Shift Timings:

Operators will work in rotating 8-hour shifts as follows:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Stipend & Term of Appointment:

• Monthly stipend: Rs.12,000/Month.
• Tenure: 1 Year (Not Extendable)

2. Graduate Apprentice - Front Office

Requirements:

• Any graduate pass out from 2021 onwards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently, and a natural interest in working with people are required for the position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor SBC operations and key management in Technopark Phase 3.
• Overall cleaning supervision.
• Manage and oversee conference hall bookings and ensure smooth operations for the scheduled events.
• Booking form updation (on a weekly basis).
• Attending to internal and external queries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Issuing and process requests for temporary ID cards and ensure accurate record keeping for all issued ID cards.
• Kiosk activity monitoring.

Stipend & Term of Appointment:

• Monthly stipend: Rs.12,000/Month.
• Tenure: 1 Year (Not extendable)

3. Graduate Apprentice - Mechanical

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (pass out from 2021 onwards).
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently, and a natural interest in working with people are required for the position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the MEP course in HVAC and related fields.

Stipend & Term of Appointment:

• Monthly stipend: Rs.15,000/Month.
• Tenure: 1 Year (Not extendable)
