Open Positions:

1. Senior Coordinator

• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience with proven exposure to high-rise building projects

• Skills: Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills, architectural working drawings knowledge, structural & MEP coordination understanding Job Details

• Location: Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other project consultants
• Review, coordinate, and resolve design discrepancies across disciplines
• Ensure the timely preparation, coordination, and issue of detailed working drawings
• Liaise with consultants and site teams to address technical queries and resolve construction-related issues
• Ensure design coordination and drawing accuracy throughout the project lifecycle Application/Contact Details

2. Site Engineers

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience

• Preference: Experience in finishing works will be an added advantage Job Details

• Location: Ernakulam 

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site execution and supervision
• Monitoring day-to-day site activities
• Coordination with contractors and teams
• Quantity checks and documentation
