Stipend: Rs.10,000/- per month.

Requirements:

• Graduate and Two Years Full time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/HR/HRD/Social Work/ Labour Law.
• A good command of English & Malayalam language (Oral & written)
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently, and a natural interest in working with people are required for the position. Prefer people who are intrinsically motivated about working with a team, handling HR matters.
