Job Description:

Technograph CAD & BIM Division is hiring MEP BIM Modeler

Location: Maradu, Kochi

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop detailed and coordinated BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing disciplines in Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Support clash detection and model coordination workflows using Navisworks or ACC.
• Follow company BIM standards and project-specific requirements.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of MEP services and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud/Navisworks is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
