Tech Mahindra is hiring Engineering Graduates

Academic Eligibility

BE/B.Tech - Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/ Electronics or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science only)

* Candidates who graduated in '22 or '23 with no backlogs and possess a consolidated mark sheet br provisional degree certificate

* Candidates should have scored min. of 70% (without rounding-up) in 10th, 12th/ Diploma (if any)

and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science)

* No loss of an academic year after joining a course, post completing 10th std.

* Candidates with PDC or consolidated marksheet will be given preference for evaluation

Note: Rounding marks to 70% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.

 

Selection Process :

* Eligible candidates will undergo a selection process comprising several tests. Each test serves as a filter for the next stage of the process

o Aptitude, English Essay/Story

o Psychometric & Technical

o Communication

o Technical Interview

o HR Interview

* Eligible candidates will receive a test link for all the rounds on their registered email ID. Candidates to check their junk/spam folders as well

Supercoder Selection :

o Candidates who excel academically & perform well in the selection process (excludin round) will qualify for consideration in the Supercoder cadre selection

o Eligible candidates will then take the Supercoder test, and those who pass will be designated as Supercoders

Work Location & Timings :

The candidate must be willing to work on any projects at any of TechM's Developmen Centers or client locations across the country. The work schedule will follow the com specified timings, including shifts.

Bond & Compensation :

On selection,

• Candidates will be on probation for 3 months

• Candidates who clear the regular selection process will be eligible for a CTC of INR 3.25LPA

• Candidates who clear the Supercoder selection process will be eligible for a CTC of INR 5.5LPA

• Candidates are required to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1L for a mandatory service p of 2 years from the date of joining the company

Note: During probation, the candidate may receive unit-specific classroom training/on-the-job-training/shadow per the business requirements.
