Sutherland Global Services is hiring for the position of HRBP Associate Manager in Cochin. This role involves managing the HR needs of 750 employees in an individual contributor capacity, and candidates are expected to work from the office in rotational and evening shifts.

Key Requirements:

• 7-12 years of relevant HR experience in the IT/ITES sector.
• MBA-HR from a premier institute is preferred.
