Suracsh is hiring Junior Engineer - Production

Department: Production

Reports To: Assistant Manager - Production

Qualification:

• Diploma in Engineering/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Chemical/Mechanical/Production or Related Discipline

Experience: 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience (Including Trainee Period) in a Production/Manufacturing Environment

Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel
• Basic Data Analysis
• Strong Documentation, Reporting and Coordination Skills
• Proactive
• Detail-Oriented
• Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Verify Production Data and Reports
• Prepare Work Instructions and Maintain Records
• Coordinate Impregnation Trials and Document Results
• Support Process Improvement Initiatives
• Track Raw Material Stock and Coordinate with Stores & Purchase
• Participate in Daily Production Meetings and Cross-Functional Coordination
