Supportta Solutions is hiring Business Development Executive

Location: Kottayam

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Office only for coordination)

Job Type: Full-Time/Performance-Based

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Students in their final year/recently passed graduates (any stream).

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam.

• Passion for sales, business growth, and customer interaction.

• Confidence to approach and communicate with premium/high-net-worth customers.

• Ability to manage leads and follow-up consistently.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Salary & Incentives:

• Base Salary (Performance-Linked): ₹1.2 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA (depending on performance & results).

• Commission: Attractive commission on each successful sale (uncapped earning potential).

• Growth: Opportunity to move into team leadership roles with higher fixed pay as you grow.

• Note: This is a performance-driven role – your earnings grow with your sales performance. High performers can earn beyond ₹3 LPA through commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage high-end customers (business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs)

• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Convert leads into active customers with strong persuasion and relationship skills.

• Maintain and manage customer leads in CRM.

• Provide customer support and ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the product management team to enhance offerings based on customer needs.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets to unlock incentives.
