Job Description:

Accura is hiring Finance Operations Analyst (Work From home)

• Type: Full-time, Remote

• Open to: India

• Shift: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am IST

• Eligible batches: Class of 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AP and AR, invoice processing, reconciliations and client budget management.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer accounting issues professionally.
• Work independently while keeping clear communication with the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer support, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Prior experience in AP, AR, invoice processing or accounting operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
