Job Positions:

1. Software Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and test software components based on functional requirements and low-level designs.
• Write and optimize database queries, perform CRUD operations, and implement stored procedures.
• Conduct manual and automated testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve service tickets.

2. Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise applications by writing and testing database queries and stored procedures.
• Execute test cases, diagnose issues, and resolve service tickets as per operational procedures.
• Ensure software functionality aligns with business requirements and low-level designs.

3. Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support, log and track IT issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Diagnose hardware/software problems, collaborate with IT teams, and maintain a knowledge base.
• Enhance self-service options through documentation and problem-solving resources.

4. IT Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT environments by following SOPs and runbooks for system operations.
• Ensure compliance with security and customer communication protocols.
• Maintain and monitor production servers, applications, and scheduled jobs for smooth operations.

Eligible Batches: 2024 & 2025

Eligible Graduation: Any 3 year Graduates

Experience: Freshers

CTC: INR 280,000.00 per Annum
