Location : 1 level Floor, Thejaswini Building, Technopark, Karyavattom PO, Thirivananthapuram, Kerala

Responsibilities:

  • An ideal candidate for the role would have around 6+ years of experience in HR Employee Life Cycle Management, Wages Administration, and HR Processes Improvement. 
  • Also should ensure the right talent with the right skills are in place at the right time, and to continuously ensure that the level of resources within business groups are aligned appropriately to meet ever-changing business needs. 
  • Strong experience in working closely with senior leaders in order to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization as well as having strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders and employees in the organization. 
  • Function as the site generalist administrator in a variety of Human Resources activities as needed like performance management, interviewing, termination processing, exit interviews, and celebrations events. 
  • Proactive and tactical consultation with both employees and managers to identify, address and resolve root causes of human resource issues systematically. 
  • Partner with other HR professionals to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead organizational development initiatives, programs and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. 
  • Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives like performance reviews, merit, workforce planning, and organizational changes. 
  • Lead employees and managers in Employee Relations and conflict resolutions.  

Preferred skills : 

  • MBA-HR or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 6+ years of experience in similar field (IT domain only).
  • Preference would be given to applicants associated with top B-schools/ universities within or abroad India.
  • Hands-on experience in Statutory such as  EPF, ESI and TDS are mandatory.
  • Must be well versed with Indian labor laws, knowledge of US labor laws would be definitely be an added advantage.
  • Should have good exposure to HRMS tools like greytHR, Zoho HRMS, etc.
  • Relevant experience to manage the HR operations for a headcount of 100+ employees.
  • Make dashboards and action points for the Top Management.
  • Proper maintenance of database & records.
  • Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Also must be willing to extend the work hours even during weekends for interviews/meetings/reviews.
  • Extremely sharp, process oriented, Data driven with good analytical skills.
