Sree Dhanya Homes is hiring Engineer Intern/Jr. Site Engineer (Civil)

Location: Kuriyachira, Thrissur (Candidates who are residing in and around Thrissur are preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 years (Freshers will be considered for intern)

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Gender: Male 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Executing work based on the GFC (Good For Construction) Drawing.
• Work scheduling and reviewing the progress based on the schedule.
• Quality control on day to day work.
• Wastage control on day to day work.
• Cost control on day to day work.
• Arranging work front to the sub-contractors in advance.
• Forecasting material requirement and intending materials based on the work schedule.
• Ensuring site safety and taking precautions.
• Preparing contractors weekly bill based on the actual work done.
• Solving all site issues.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports.
• Meeting with site staff for receiving their day to day activity.
