Sportz Village is hiring On-boarding specialist

Location: Kochi/Bengaluru

Key requirements:

• Minimum - Masters’s degree in management with HR as the main subject
• 4+ years of experience as on-boarding specialist, recruitment, HR
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Knowledge of statutory compliance
• Knowledge of the complete on-boarding and BGV process
• Knowledge about ATS, BGV process, HRIS
• Experience in people management.
• Experience in the onboarding process.
• Knowledge of the Human Resources laws and regulations
• Passion for sports, games, and activities

Duties and responsibilities:

• Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Serving as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
• Collaborating with the HR, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, appointment letters, Statutory document, and other necessary documentation.
• Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing materials.
• Ensuring completion of paperwork and following all legal and administrative compliance when onboarding candidates.
• Creating data for BGV, Payroll, Id card and Insurance.
• Generating employee HR id number
• Creating reports to validate work done in on-boarding.
