Job Description:

Sportz Village is hiring Talent Acquisition Executivee/ Recruiter (non-IT)

Location: Kochi / Bengaluru

Key requirements:

• Minimum - Masters’s degree in management with HR as the main subject
• 2+ years of experience as recruiter, talent acquisition specialist and HR
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Knowledge of employer branding trends and techniques
• Knowledge of the complete recruitment process and its methods
• Knowledge about ATS, Recruitment Marketing tools, and HRIS.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience in the onboarding process.
• Knowledge of the Human Resources laws and regulations
• Passion for sports, games, and activities

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
• Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from sorting through applicants, conducting interviews to final-offer negotiation to fill open positions.
• Interview and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires. (Offer letter, CRV, Resume, Supporting documents)
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other designations.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers
