Job Positions :
Business Analyst or Project Coordinator
Qualification:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Analyst, Project Coordinator role in IT industry dealing with international clients.
Junior Recruiter
Responsibilities :
Create effective pre-qualified talent pools within multiple technical disciplines
Perform regular database cleansing to assist with updating talent pools
Create sourcing strategies which include advertising, social media, employee referrals, partnerships for all roles
Resume screening against job description requirements
Create shortlists of relevant candidates to hiring managers.
Conduct all relevant communication and skills testing as required with candidates
Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and onboard skilled resources at the right time.
Posting Job requirements by various means and channels to attract talent.
Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates.
Screening the candidates based on the requirements.
Conducting initial telephonic Interviews with the candidates and arrange the technical interviews.
Coordinating technical test and interview with the technical team.
Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and needs.
Conducting follow-up on the interview on a daily basis and updating the status in the software tracker.
Skills Required
Knowledge in IT Recruitment.
Strong computer skills(Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
English Language skills - Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience in recruiting using social media, job sites/boards, Internet, channel partner & campus placements.
Preferred only Female candidates.
Experience
6+ months of relevant experience in the recruitment process /or Internship experience in IT recruitment.
IT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of of Business Development Experience in IT services required.
UI/UX TRAINEE

Other requirements:
1. Experience with tools like Photoshop, SKETCH, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Invision etc. is preferable

HR INTERN
Responsibilities:
Handling end to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, and onboarding candidates.
Screening: Shortlisting candidates sourced through various job portal and validating them on their experience and interest in the role.
Shortlisting the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers.
Coordinate with HR in day to day activities.
Assisting administration activities.
Draft and update of documents, forms, policies, and other HR-related documents.
