Job Description:

Technopark Trivandrum & Kollam is hiring Graduate Apprentices

Available Apprenticeships:

1. Electrical

2. Front Office

1. Apprenticeship - Front Office

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum & Kollam

Requirements:

• Any graduate pass out from 2022 onwards
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently
• Natural interest in working with people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Only candidates with original Degree certificate are eligible
• Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship under NATS are not eligible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients at the front office
• Address and resolve queries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide accurate information regarding office operations and services
• Monitor and record employee attendance (punch-in/punch-out)
• Manage conference hall and convention centre bookings
• Collect and manage cheques, demand drafts, bills, and official documents
• Handle payments related to rent, utilities, and office expenses
• Receive and escalate facility-related complaints and coordinate resolution
• Maintain complaint records and prepare reports
• Oversee kiosk activities and issue temporary ID cards
• Manage incoming and outgoing post/couriers
• Support office operations and administrative processes
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth facility operations

Stipend & Tenure:

• ₹12,000/month
• 1 year (Not extendable)

2. Apprenticeship - Electrical Engineering

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (2022 pass out onwards)
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently
• Natural interest in working with people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Only candidates with original Degree certificate are eligible
• Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship under NATS are not eligible

Stipend & Tenure:

• ₹15,000/month
• 1 year (Not extendable)
