Job Description:

South Indian Bank is inviting online applications for the position of Junior Officer (Operations)

Target States: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Eligibility Criteria (as on 31.03.2026):

• Age: Maximum 28 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates).

Education:

• Any Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
• Must follow the regular stream: 10th (SSLC/SSC) + 12th (HSC) + Graduation.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Bank or NBFC.

Language: Proficiency in the local language is preferred.

Terms of Employment:

• Designation: Junior Officer (Operations).

• Appointment Term: On contract for an initial period of 3 years (renewable based on performance).

• Career Progression: High-performing candidates may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) after the contract period, at the Bank's discretion.

• Service Agreement: No mandatory minimum service period.

• Posting Location: Anywhere in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana; however, candidates are liable for transfer anywhere in India.

Salary & Compensation:

• Total CTC: ₹4.86 lakhs to ₹5.04 lakhs per annum.

• Includes: NPS contribution, Insurance Premium, and performance-based Variable Pay.
