Job Description:

ICICI Bank is hiring Relationship Manager

• Experience: Freshers may apply

• Starting salary: ₹3.12 LPA

• Location: Within the state, as per bank allocation

• Training: 15-day residential programme at an NIIT designated campus, with zero training fee

• Recruitment and training are conducted by IFBI, a joint venture between NIIT Ltd and ICICI Bank.

Role Overview:

• Acquire and onboard customers.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Offer relevant Liability and Asset products.
• Build strong capabilities in banking processes, compliance and digital channels.
• Deliver a superior, error-free customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Age: 25 years or lower on the date of application
• Marks: 50% or higher aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) in graduation
• Education mode: 10th to graduation must be regular mode only
• Education gap: No break or gap in education
• Not eligible:
  • Engineering graduates
  • Postgraduates
  • CAs
  • MBAs
  • Candidates with a relative working in ICICI Bank
• Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness: Relationship management roles and relocation within the state

Selection Process:

• Step 1, Assessment and interviews:
  • Online aptitude test
  • Interview by NIIT panel
  • Final interview by ICICI Bank officials at a designated ICICI Bank branch
• Step 2, Provisional offer letter: Issued by ICICI Bank to candidates who clear all stages
• Step 3, Residential training: 15 days at an NIIT designated campus
• Step 4, Final appointment and joining:
  • Final appointment letter from ICICI Bank after successful training
  • Report to the allocated ICICI Bank office and begin employment
