ICICI Bank Probationary Officer (PO) Program

Eligibility:

• Graduates, engineers and postgraduates
• 60% and above in Class X and graduation
• Below 25 years of age at the time of applying
• 0-2 years of work experience

Program highlights:

• 2 months of residential training, fully funded by ICICI Bank
• Monthly stipend of ₹18,000 during training

Role and Location: Relationship Manager (Sales) roles across the country, after successful completion of the program

Compensation:

• Annual CTC: ₹5.00-5.50 lakh per annum
• CTC depends on the city of posting
