• Industry experience since 1980's

4. Requirement

• 3 or more years experience in Core HR functions

• Working Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

• Full understanding of payroll process, Performance appraisal and Statutory Compliance.

• Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office Tools)and HR specific software programs.

• Knowledge of Industrial Relation activities

• Employee Engagement & Retention

• MBA (HR) Preferred
