Job Description:
Simplify Agri is hiring HR & Operations Coordinator
Location: Kerala (Hybrid/On-site depending on requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage HR-related tasks including onboarding, attendance coordination, documentation, and employee engagement.
2. Support sales operations with timely creation of:
- Quotations
- Cost estimations
- Proforma invoices
- Sales invoices
- Payment receipts and follow-up documentation
- Communicate and coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with basic compliance, office communication, and record keeping.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging work culture within the team.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong written documentation skills in English (Malayalam writing is an added advantage).
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage timelines.
- Basic understanding of business communication and office tools (Word, Excel, Email, CRM preferred).
- Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and willingness to learn.
