Job Description:

Simplify Agri is hiring HR & Operations Coordinator

Location: Kerala (Hybrid/On-site depending on requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage HR-related tasks including onboarding, attendance coordination, documentation, and employee engagement.

2. Support sales operations with timely creation of:

  • Quotations
  • Cost estimations
  • Proforma invoices
  • Sales invoices
  • Payment receipts and follow-up documentation
  • Communicate and coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist with basic compliance, office communication, and record keeping.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging work culture within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Strong written documentation skills in English (Malayalam writing is an added advantage).
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage timelines.
  • Basic understanding of business communication and office tools (Word, Excel, Email, CRM preferred).
  • Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and willingness to learn.
