Sight Spectrum Is Hiring HR Recruiter

* MBAs (HR/ Marketing) graduated during 2019-2022 are eligible

* Be responsible for the full-cycle IT recruiting process

* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

* Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and phone screenings

* Manage onboarding and new hire process

* Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Comfortable making decisions independently

Screening Mode:

* Level 1. Aptitude round

* Level 2. Group Discussion

* Level 3. HR discussion

* Test Date: Thursday, the 12th May 2022 (Online)

* Final Interview: Friday, the 13th May 2022 (F2F @ SJCET Palai)
