Sibca Electronic Equipment Company Limited is hiring HR Recruiter.

Qualifications:

*2 to 5 years working as HR Generalist/Recruiter.

*Bachelors in Engineering or MBA or Equivalent.

Role & responsibilities

*Source, evaluate and recommend candidates for employment.
*Evaluate resumes and compare qualifications to staffing requirements.
*Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
*Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
*Supports achievement of the hiring targets for the business needs including time to fill and cost per hire.
*Support in HR Generalist & Admin activities Prior experience in sourcing Volume Hiring in                            Technical/Labor Category.
