Shoba Limited is hiring Business Development Executive.

Designation: Business Development Executive

Eligibility: MBA (Any Specialization) with an aggregate of over 60% marks and no history of arrears 2023 Batch is preferred.

CTC: INR 3.00 LPA-3.50 LPA + incentives

Selection Process: HR and Technical interview

Location: Kochi, Thrissur and Kozhikode

No. of Vacancies: 25 Nos.

Joining Period: Immediately

Gender Preference: Male/Female

- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.

- Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.

- Generating referrals from existing Sobha customers and promoting Sobha Privilege scheme.

- Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.

- Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.

- Meticulous follow-up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Sobha.

- Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.

- Working for accomplishing self and team target.

- Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.
