Job Description:

Shellsquare Softwares Technopark is hiring Monitoring Operator (Freshers)

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

Type: Full-Time

Mode of Work: Work From Office

Work Timings: 12hr Rotational Shift (5 days on & 5 days off, 15 days working in a month)

Shifts:

• Morning: 8 am to 8 pm
• Night: 8 pm to 8 am

Job Summary:

• As a Monitoring Operator, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring oil wells in real-time, identifying potential issues, and reporting incidents to create a ticket.
• Should have a strong understanding of oil and gas operations and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor oil wells remotely using specialized software and systems.
• Identify and report unusual trends, anomalies, or incidents to management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of well operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills & good attitude is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates should be from Trivandrum.
• Female candidates are preferred.
