SFO Technologies is hiring Engineer - IT

Location : Kakkanad (Ernakulam)

Qualification : Engineering / Computer Science Degree 

Required Key Skills/ Certifications : MCSE, CCNP or similar Server / Networking certifications.

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities : 

• Manage Server and Network Infrastructure .
• Hands on experience with MS Exchange Server, Active Directory , LAN and WAN networks as well as a good understanding of  firewalls/routers/switches.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including software updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.
• Manages user accounts and IT assets.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute system deployments, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Monitor systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security.
• Provide technical support to end-users and helpdesk teams for escalated issues.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
